What makes American Institute of Management, Inc. different from other training companies?

Several things actually. This isn't a job for us. This is who we are and we are excited to help businesses succeed every day. We think of your business as if it were our own and take responsibility for helping you succeed. We understand the human condition and how it is the people of an organization that implement the systems and processes to achieve company goals. We believe in the value of people and their desire to be confident to deliver results.

Our people are not teachers, meaning we use a style of discovery and facilitation rather than lecture and instruction. By matching the facilitator with the various audiences within a company we are able to achieve the greatest benefits for you. We learn the language and culture of your company and tailor the training process to meet your goals.

AIM has a variety of materials and exercises that produce true behavior change. Many of our programs include audio material which allows greater retention than workshop-only style instruction.

Experience

AIM knows that no two companies are exactly alike. For over 20 years, our team has worked with an extensive range of businesses, bringing experiences from different industries that may apply to your company. Many of our facilitators have either owned their own business or operated businesses for others, having had bottom line responsibility for the growth and development of a company.

In addition to working with clients, we own and operate multiple businesses with over 200 employees. This provides hands-on, real-time, current exposure and experience as the business world changes.
