Coaching

Coaching Process

1.  Objectives are established up front.

2.  You and the coach determine the outcomes that you are
looking for and then establish a schedule of meetings

3.  Discussions occur as scheduled either face-to-face or over the
     telephone.

Coaching services are billed based on either an 'hourly fee' or on a monthly retainer.

Providing personalized attention over time is one of the most effective ways to develop talent and help individuals become successful.  Through the unique benefits of a confidential, trusting, one-on-one relationship, coaching provides that extra support and individual needs to bring out talent, create positive change, and enhance performance improvement.
