Working On Your Business versus In Your Business
     Your business is up and running. You’ve made it through the first few years. Now what? It’s
      time to focus on the plan for the future. Creating a plan focuses you on the most important
      aspects of the business – which may not be what you’ve been doing lately.  During this
      session we will address:
         
·  Visualizing the future of your business and putting together a concrete plan of action
         
·  Identifying the strengths and weaknesses that are preventing you from moving forward
        
 ·  Addressing the plan that includes bringing on employees that allow you to focus on the
             things you love to do

Creating Policies, Procedures and Systems to Increase Productivity
     Great! Your company is growing and you’ve added more employees. It’s time to put
     documented systems in place to reduce miscommunication, errors and help in the training
     process.  During this session we will:
         
·  Understand the benefits of having written policies and procedures
         
·  Develop a master plan of the needed policies, procedures and other documents for your
              company

              them easily
